Unsure of the maker on this one. Silver plated over brass. I am pretty sure it is pre 1970s but either way it is a neat siughtly raised design. flexible and fun.

Sizing Directions:

Gently wrap a piece of ribbon or string around the part of your wrist you would like to wear the bracelet. Mark where the ends meet and lay it along a ruler. 

You could also use a cloth tape measure if you have one.

Bracelets generally follow these sizing  guidelines and hand adjusting may be needed for best fit.
