The Great War across Europe and beyond lasted from 1914 to 1918, also known as “World War One,” following the occurrence of the Second World War. This functional piece of art has been cut from the side wall of an artillery shell manufactured during the war. Various industrial textures were hammered into the piece for added detail. Each piece has been stamped with the year of manufacture found on the base of the original shell.

This is from a French 75DEC artillery shell, which is the equivalent of 75mm.

Each money clip is handmade in the USA at our studio in Northfield, MN.
